Jon is a Bay Area native who went to UC Berkeley to study physics and meet Jane, the love of his life and team page copy editor! After graduation, Jon served as a campus minister at Berkeley and Stanford, working with emerging leaders to make the world a better place. As CEO, Jon leads the Astrid team with a passion to leverage technology to improve peoples' lives.
Task Count
If Astrid had a father, it would be Tim. After graduating from Stanford in 2007, Tim joined the data-loving world of Palantir Technologies as an early engineer. In 2008, while on vacation in Las Vegas, Tim built the first version of Astrid. He currently leads the technical side of Astrid as CTO, and on the side, searches the world for great images of cats.

While growing up in Texas, Henry studied oil painting and sculpture under renowned artist Wei Li Wang. Henry left Texas to study at Stanford, where he received a BA in Ethnic Studies and MA in Sociology. At Stanford, Henry grew in his passion for sculpting organizations and experiences to serve people better and went on to work at Bain & Company. Henry now serves as Astrid's head of User Experience and Customer Development.

Malika went to Stanford for her undergrad and has a Masters in Fine Arts from USC. She currently manages the community forum for Astrid at Get Satisfaction and keeps Astrid swimming in the social network pool by helping the world discover good news about Astrid. When she's not tweeting, Malika can be found on a stage somewhere in a Shakespeare play.

During college at Washington U, Andrew built iPhone apps that received tens of thousand of downloads, and played a big part in delivering the original iPhone app for Eventbrite. When he's not being productive for Astrid, he enjoys board games and all things basketball.

Sam is a recent Stanford grad who has finished his first year of a PhD in Software Architecture at UC Irvine before joining the Astrid team. Sam loves hacking Google APIs, writing unit tests and playing jazz trumpet.

Arne is a software developer from Germany who started as an Astrid user, became a contributor to Astrid's open-source project, and now adds cool new features and patches to Astrid - when he's not taking day trips with his family or building LEGO-wonders with his son.
